Cancellations: 48hrs notice required for any cancellations or rescheduling. $50 cancellation fee will be charged if if falls within the 48hrs. 

For Prepaid packages, a treatment will be forfeited if cancelled within 48hrs. If cancelled within 12 hours then the FULL treatment amount is to be paid. This is a non-negotiable, to keep running my small business then I unfortunately am required to adhere closely to the cancellation policy, even in the circumstances of sickness. If you do not agree with my cancellation policy then please feel free to wait for last minute appointments and not pre-book a time allocation. 

Cosmetic Tattooing requires 72 hours notice or you will lose your $100 deposit, any changes within 24 hours then you will be required to pay full service fee.
